I am a newbie to reenactment. I purchased the canvas cowboy pants and they were delivered in 3 days. I discovered that I ordered the pants with too small on the waist size. I called customer service, returned the pants and the new one were shipped right away. The pants that I ordered are very high quality.

I had questions that you were able to answer to help me pick the correct garment. Which, not only fit but looks great!

I received my riding skirt and it was too large even after using the sizing guide. Customer service worked with me and I was able to return it and received a smaller size. Quality workmanship..I love it!

I wasn't expecting such fast service. I don't order things very often. But getting merchandise within a week +/- beats the old way. Thanks to the Internet, streaks ahead of the postal service. It might be a bit of a lark, to do it the old way just to find out if it will still take 6-8 weeks to ship. Lots of young people can't believe that is used to take that long. All in all very convenient. Very fine store with excellent customer service.

I always call in my orders I never have a bad experience I love the look and feel of these garments I never see my outfit on anyone else at the party I ran into someone from the Washington Opera recently who was astonished that I was wearing some things they stock in their wardrobe department.

The watch fobs look nice and will compliment my watch chains. Could have been larger diameter.
