My green Vaughan waistcoat was a little snug, returned for next size. Return instructions were clear and easy to follow. Although I am on the opposite side of the U.S., received my replacement one week from when I started the process. Exceptional service.

Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. I ordered a gun belt/holster and even though I ordered a size that was 2 sizes larger than what I wear in pants (per their recommendation). The great thing was how fast I received a larger size.

Very nice vest, arrived quickly. Have received quite a few compliments on it. I'm very happy with it.

I thought the products that I purchased were great. However I ordered them one size to small. I sent them back today and ask for an exchange to the next bigger size.
