Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. I was concerned because the dress fabric had such a strong dye scent and the front of the dress was almost 2 inches longer than the back on the hanger and when I tried it on. After I washed the dress and hemmed the front I am happy with it. I am impressed with the details and it pressed easily enough.
