The customer service is perfect in my opinion. I love how I got a reply very fast when I had a question about my order. I am extremely satisfied with everything.

I head up a Dickens caroling group and have ordered many products from Historical Emporium over the past few years. I always find what I'm looking for and am continually impressed with the quality of everything I buy. Though occasionally something doesn't quite fit right, customer service is always willing to work with me and I've always come away satisfied.

Clothing sizes are confusing, but over all great company.
