They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. I purchased this dress to wear with a shawl I made from a pattern in an 1870 issue of Peterson's Magazine. The two garments look fantastic together!

I really like the slouch hat, I'm nearly 70, it's the best fitting hat I've ever owned. Wore it this weekend to a reenactment, had several comments about it, all good. Told them where I got it. Thanks!
