Sizing chart for the item I purchased seems to be inaccurate resulting in the need for an exchange but wasn't significant as the young man I spoke to in customer service was a great help with this, specially since it was an international order involving tax and broker issues. Overall though it was a great shopping experience. The item I purchased is absolutely beautiful, very top quality and exactly as I hoped it to be. Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.

I thought the products that I purchased were great. However I ordered them one size to small. I sent them back today and ask for an exchange to the next bigger size.
