I originally ordered the wrong size Trousers for a theatre event. The staff bent over backward to get a larger size to me asap. The quality of the pants, fit, look for the play etc.(The Fantasticks) was just perfect. The actor, director and I were more than pleased with this company!!!

Everything about dealing with historicalemporium.com was superb. My parents retired early and ran their own costume shop for 34 years. I was involved in the shop and can only say my parents would have been thrilled to have had access to a company like historicalemporium for some of their costume needs. Ordered a cowboy holster...it was 1/2 of other sites. Those other sites said they were 10 weeks out. HE shipped super quick then I decided to exchange for different size. Customer Service politely explained process and it went smoothly with almost no wait time to get new belt. Seriously the world would be a much more pleasant place if all business operated like HE.
