I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. I have recommended Historical Emporium to many people when they ask where do I get the items in my wardrobe. I thank then for great products and wonderful customer service

I ordered two shirts from Historical Emporium. Both 3X. I received them quickly. The one shirt fits perfectly while the other was extremely oversized. The neck, which was described as 18-20 inches actually measured 22 inches. I called customer service and explained the situation. I asked if an exchange for a 2X would be possible. They immediately sent the new shirt with a pre-paid shipping label for me to return the other. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely beautiful selection of historical clothing and pieces on a website that is very smart and easy to use! After forgetting to add another item following a submitted order, I had to call customer service. WOW! This company has the best customer service I have encountered in years! Noel was my customers representative. My belt was to big and he sent a replacement out to me after our conversation. I am happy with my purchase and dealing with my representative (Noel).

I initially ordered a Frontier Classics black cotton duster in size large because that is my usual size. However, when I put it on, 2 men and a boy could have fit in it with me. I called Historical Emporium and spoke with Noel. He immediately shipped out another one sized Medium within and hour with a return shipping label. The Medium size I received fit perfectly and I returned the size Large using the same box with the return shipping label Historical Emporium provided. You might find it for less money someplace else but you won't find the same customer service anywhere else. I'm a satisfied customer.
