I am a newbie to reenactment. I purchased the canvas cowboy pants and they were delivered in 3 days. I discovered that I ordered the pants with too small on the waist size. I called customer service, returned the pants and the new one were shipped right away.
The pants that I ordered are very high quality.

If I don't complain, then I am satisfied with a product. If I do complain, I will return the product. I don't believe in prompting customers to provide the advertising. Business didn't use to be so demanding.

I love your product line! Very smooth Christmas transaction. Ordered on-line from my home in Tennessee and had delivered (for Christmas wrapping) to the home in California which id be staying. Customer service caught that i purchased at one location and delivered to another which resulted in a discount on my shipping. High quality merchandise, ALL recipients loved their "stuff".
