I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. Ordered five products overall from historical emporium. Had to return one for a refund, I use the size chart provided, and product was too big. I returned it to the company and was refunded within the week. Order processing and shipping was faster than I expected. Overall a great experience.

Customer service helped me with my exchange and recommended the proper size. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The exchange could have been avoided if your website recommended ordering a belt four sizes larger than waist size
