Not much to say when things turn out perfect

I've made purchases from historical emporium several times before. I live in the West U.S. (Colorado and New Mexico) and like the frontier style of your shirts. Every shirt I've purchased with this style looks excellent along with my flat-topped western hats and my cowboy boots. The complete look is true west - not "Hollywood fakey". I get compliments on what I wear almost every day - from family, friends, and - even from folks I don't know, at a store or shopping mall or gas station for example! I tried to find out more about a reversible skirt it seems I'm a little 'fluffy' for your largest size but I didn't want to special order in case I didn't like the style or fabric. I was told I could order the largest size to see garment & if it didn't fit I then could return it & order the size needed. The questions were answered within about 48 hours (consider weekend shopping & questions) very quick service.

After paying extra money for a rapid delivery I was informed on the day I was expecting this item that it was running late and the possibility occurred that I would receive this item only AFTER I needed it. I then called AMAZON and they immediately got in touch with the Historical Emporium (this was all late at night). What surprised me was that Historical Emporium immediately sent an email refunding the additional delivery charge, and then assured me that my package would arrive the next day. It did. My only regret was that in my AMAZON review, I wasn't sure exactly how a particular prop worked on this item and-due to my own ignorance-claimed that an item was missing (although I pointed out that it was a minor flaw. Afterward I discovered that the 'minor flaw' was me. Thank you Historical Emporium. You came through when so many other companies don't.
