I greatly appreciate that the company clearly explains how they will ship an order, which can be very aggravating when placing orders to be shipped to Alaska. I am very satisfied with every item I ordered, and I receive complements as a docent at an early 1900's museum.

I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping.
