I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. The clothes fit , and look great , which is not something I have been able to find for a long time . I had one item I returned ( a pair of Trousers I ordered , which I ordered to big to make sure exactly what size I needed ) . Your customer service people handled the return and the replacement promptly , professionally , and courteously . The only other issue I had was with a pull-up strap on a pair of high topped riding boots that fails the first time I tried to put them on . I called your customer service , talked to them , sent a few pictures to them , and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction by the next day !There is no business that doesn't have a problem from time to time , what matters is how the problems are handled . The way your business handled them in my experience , is fair , prompt , and professional . You can't ask for more !
