I was very impressed with the customer service considering what we have to deal with now days. I had a very minor issue that was unavoidable when I received what I ordered. When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange. I had issues with my delivery address and their customer service contacted me back almost immediately even though it was after hours listed on the site.
