I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. I have recommended Historical Emporium to many people when they ask where do I get the items in my wardrobe. I thank then for great products and wonderful customer service

Sometimes it works out that I will be in close proximity to Historical emporium. When these times work out to being able to pick up an item they are very helpful at letting me pick it up instead of waiting for shipping. Everyone is very helpful.

I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. I wanted a vintage 1920's red & white striped swim suit as I am a Professional Santa. I hoped to get a $XL. I was told the largest size is 3XL and they were out. I was told to keep checking as they should be restocked in a week or so and they were. I ordered the 3XL in hopes it may fit. I have a 46 inch waist and a 52 inch chest. I paid for expedited shipping of 4 days. It arrived in 2 days. It fit well. am very satisfied with the costumer service. I however did experience slight fading under that arm of the swim top even when following the wash instructions. I was able to clean it up. I will just be very careful in the future...I love the suit.

Amazing quality and pricing. I just wish I had ordered the belt 2" shorter, it is too big for my dad. Is there anything I can do to resolve this or do we just have to make due? Thank you.
