Fast delivery. Ordered a size to big exchange process, which was smooth and fast as well. Very pleased..

I had to return a blouse that was too small. The website recommended ordering a replacement rather than doing a straight exchange, and returning the too-small blouse for a refund. This was suggested as the fastest way to get the right size blouse quickly, rather than encountering a possible processing delay with an exchange. This worked very nicely. I got my new blouse in a couple of days and my refund a day or so later. I had dreaded the hassle of an exchange, but this method worked very smoothly. Happily, the blouse was packing in a standard USPS flat box, on a hanger, folded neatly with two pins and covered with a plastic sleeve. The blouse was ready to try on, and easy to repack neatly when it didn't fit. I don't expect to need to return any future blouses I order now that I know how the sizing runs, but it was nice to learn that returns were nothing to be dreaded.

O.K. as is. Keep the old time products coming, and maintain your good service. That's all I have to say.

Have been using them when there use to be gentleman's emporium and are now historical emporium. Had to buy a new outfit as I stopped growing up and started growing out.

I purchase from Historical Emporium on a regular basis as I have not seen any equivalent clothing styles to suit my needs in the U.K. But that said if there were I would still make Historical Emporium my first and only choice.The deciding factors being for me are A) quality, B) wide variety of styles and choice C) speed of delivery and top quality customer service. This of course is only my opinion but I would have no hesitation or doubts recommending this 'site' to others.

All items were packed well and arrived promptly which was much appreciated.
