I head up a Dickens caroling group and have ordered many products from Historical Emporium over the past few years. Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.
