I really like the slouch hat, I'm nearly 70, it's the best fitting hat I've ever owned. Wore it this weekend to a reenactment, had several comments about it, all good. Told them where I got it. Thanks!

I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. Ordered shirt and got opposing information about shipping. It was VERY upsetting. I did not want to pay almost the same for shipping as actual purchase.
Finally spoke to someone who confined normal was fine. Garment came superfast but sadly did not fit. I returned for refund.
