Ordered this product online on a Sunday and received by Wednesday of that week. Was very pleased since it allowed me to wear to a function that Friday. The order process was uncomplicated and the order reply was prompt. The quality of the hat I received was top notch and better than anticipated. I can't wait to utilize in both Revolutionary War and War Between the States re-enactments.

Exceptional Work and Quality

I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. Item arrived much too large. They were happy to send another after I took some measurements and the second one fits perfectly. I'm 6'9" and typically can't buy "off the rack" but this item fits very well and looks great. Thanks Noel!
