I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. I received my riding skirt and it was too large even after using the sizing guide. Customer service worked with me and I was able to return it and received a smaller size. Quality workmanship..I love it!
