I had an amazing experience! Everything went very smoothly. The products came in just a couple of days from when first I ordered them. The skirt I got was a little big on me, so their website requested I go ahead and get another one and then return the other one later so as to get a new skirt as soon as possible. Same as the first, the second one came in just a couple of days. The products are made with an out of this world quality and fit so nicely! I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event.
