I love the clothes, never had a problem and delivery is fast

I love the Victorian style,people dressed to the 9ns even to go to a baseball game, the Kentucky derby is a prime example of throwback dress ,derby an# women's one off styled hats

I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.

Great items that fit relative to period sizing. Had to do some minor alterations due to height and sleeve lengths. I appreciated the prompt customer service response when i had questions.

Can't think of any way you could improve.

The service is extremely great, and yall have a great selection of items that I like to wear, the price and quality is very much important to me.
