There was a problem with the gift card I had received. However it was quickly resolved by phone contact with an actual human, not AI.

This was a anniversary gift for Ted and I didn't come up with an idea until one week before our anniversary - it arrived just in time and he loved it . I ordered a shirt for Christmas last year and it is well made. Thank you very much for good products and good customer service.

I followed sizing guidelines, but initial product was too snug. I had to return for the next size up. Things would be better if shipping and returns were free. Products are good, but are not on the inexpensive side.
