A+ overall experience

My experience in buying the Long Riding boots I ordered the Long Riding Boots, and when they arrived, one boot, though marked the right size, was noticeably smaller than the other boot. I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

This is a great business and very responsive to my needs . One coat ordered that was a size too large . No problem with the return and the replacement shipped right away . This recent order follows two others I made several years ago. All quality clothing which has held up well .
