I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. My green Vaughan waistcoat was a little snug, returned for next size. Return instructions were clear and easy to follow. Although I am on the opposite side of the U.S., received my replacement one week from when I started the process. Exceptional service.
