I had issues with my delivery address and their customer service contacted me back almost immediately even though it was after hours listed on the site. They worked things out very quickly and efficiently. Some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. They also shipped the order fast and it arrived in great condition.

A terrific coat. Great for winter wear. Although a 46R it needed alteration because the sleeves were too long by almost 5 inches and the button holes difficult to use at first. Ordering was easy; instructions clear and precise, delivery swift and with no damage to the coat. I'll be back as soon as i scrape up enough to buy a Callahan frock coat for the summer weather.

I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping. Great service. When I received my order, (in two days), a couple items were too large. The return process was quick and easy. I love the products and the service.

I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event.
