I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. I Ordered a Huck Finn/Tom Sawyer type of hat and a US Marshall badge. Both look very real and authentic. The service was good, the delivery quick, and the items received were of good quality. I would definitely shop with your company again!
