Ordered five products overall from historical emporium. Had to return one for a refund, I use the size chart provided, and product was too big. I returned it to the company and was refunded within the week. Order processing and shipping was faster than I expected. Overall a great experience.

The products are always top quality. I have never been disappointed. The colors are always just as shown on website, perhaps even better in person. Shipping is awesome. My order always arrives even sooner than expected. I am extremely happy with everything I order from Historical Emporium and so is my husband. My experience in buying the Long Riding boots I ordered the Long Riding Boots, and when they arrived, one boot, though marked the right size, was noticeably smaller than the other boot. I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

I am a regular customer and i have built myself a small wardrobe from Historical Emporiums catalog There have been a handful of occasions where I've contacted customer service with questions about some products and received no response to my inquiries But those occasions are few and far between I'm overall satisfied with the quality of the products that I've purchased And I will definitely be shopping from their site again in the near future
