Making the order was easy, I had a few questions before ordering and the operator was very helpful. Placed order and received in what I thought was no time. The coat was perfect fit, just what I wanted all at a fair price. I always try to make an impression at work and Historical Emporium always has what I want to look smart. A terrific coat. Great for winter wear. Although a 46R it needed alteration because the sleeves were too long by almost 5 inches and the button holes difficult to use at first. Ordering was easy; instructions clear and precise, delivery swift and with no damage to the coat. I'll be back as soon as i scrape up enough to buy a Callahan frock coat for the summer weather.
