Ordered this product online on a Sunday and received by Wednesday of that week. Was very pleased since it allowed me to wear to a function that Friday. The order process was uncomplicated and the order reply was prompt. The quality of the hat I received was top notch and better than anticipated. When I ordered the shirt, I was concerned that it may not arrive in time for my family member's birthday. But, I was able to place the order, in time for the occasion, and, I did put a comment in the order form stating that I hoped it would arrive before October 8.
