This was the third time I've purchased through H.E. Always happy.

I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. The person I talked to was nice and helpful. He stated that I could return the vest to get a different size and what to do. But I decided to keep vest. I had a lot of good compliments about them.
