I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. vest was pretty much as expected. Not something you'd wear to a wedding, just a good hangout vest. It's a bit stiff due to the thick, strong material. Overall I was pleased with it.
