I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. The quality of the products has never disappointed me. The delivery has always been on time or a day early. Follow guidelines on sizing. Of course Trousers will need to be hemmed. The back side of suspenders may have to be adjusted to allow for the suspenders to properly lay across your back.
