HE was very quick to replace the wrong boots that were sent to me by mistake. Very friendly and understanding. Noel was eager to figure out what happened with my original order!.

I tried to find out more about a reversible skirt it seems I'm a little 'fluffy' for your largest size but I didn't want to special order in case I didn't like the style or fabric. I was told I could order the largest size to see garment & if it didn't fit I then could return it & order the size needed. The questions were answered within about 48 hours (consider weekend shopping & questions) very quick service.

The products are always top quality. I have never been disappointed. The colors are always just as shown on website, perhaps even better in person. Shipping is awesome. My order always arrives even sooner than expected. I am extremely happy with everything I order from Historical Emporium and so is my husband. The 1st product you sent was defective, it was missing a grommet. Second one was sent prior to me returning the defective one and I received in in 3 days with a RA attached to return defective one. Everything went smooth.
