When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange. These folks were great to work with! I'm gonna guess from my own experience that a lot of people have bought and will buy a size or two too small. That's because these clothes fit.
