The products are always top quality. I have never been disappointed. The colors are always just as shown on website, perhaps even better in person. Shipping is awesome. My order always arrives even sooner than expected. I am extremely happy with everything I order from Historical Emporium and so is my husband. This was a anniversary gift for Ted and I didn't come up with an idea until one week before our anniversary - it arrived just in time and he loved it . I ordered a shirt for Christmas last year and it is well made. Thank you very much for good products and good customer service.

If I don't complain, then I am satisfied with a product. If I do complain, I will return the product. I don't believe in prompting customers to provide the advertising. Business didn't use to be so demanding. Having said that, I love my string tie.
