I called Historical Emporium and spoke with Noel. He immediately shipped out another one sized Medium within and hour with a return shipping label. The Medium size I received fit perfectly and I returned the size Large using the same box with the return shipping label Historical Emporium provided. You might find it for less money someplace else but you won't find the same customer service anywhere else. I'm a satisfied customer.
