I originally ordered the wrong size Trousers for a theatre event. The staff bent over backward to get a larger size to me asap. The quality of the pants, fit, look for the play etc.(The Fantasticks) was just perfect. The actor, director and I were more than pleased with this company!!!

I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.

After paying extra money for a rapid delivery I was informed on the day I was expecting this item that it was running late and the possibility occurred that I would receive this item only AFTER I needed it. I then called AMAZON and they immediately got in touch with the Historical Emporium (this was all late at night). What surprised me was that Historical Emporium immediately sent an email refunding the additional delivery charge, and then assured me that my package would arrive the next day. It did. My only regret was that in my AMAZON review, I wasn't sure exactly how a particular prop worked on this item and-due to my own ignorance-claimed that an item was missing (although I pointed out that it was a minor flaw. Afterward I discovered that the 'minor flaw' was me. Thank you Historical Emporium. You came through when so many other companies don't.
