My experience in buying the Long Riding boots I ordered the Long Riding Boots, and when they arrived, one boot, though marked the right size, was noticeably smaller than the other boot. I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

This was as close as I could find to the actual item I was hoping to find but it worked.

The customer service is perfect in my opinion. I love how I got a reply very fast when I had a question about my order. I am extremely satisfied with everything.

When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange.
