I ordered a gun belt/holster and even though I ordered a size that was 2 sizes larger than what I wear in pants (per their recommendation). The great thing was how fast I received a larger size.

The Customer Service is excellent! The quality of the garments is very good. The selection and style are very diverse and I will shop with them again!

I followed sizing guidelines, but initial product was too snug. I had to return for the next size up. Things would be better if shipping and returns were free. Products are good, but are not on the inexpensive side.

I head up a Dickens caroling group and have ordered many products from Historical Emporium over the past few years. I always find what I'm looking for and am continually impressed with the quality of everything I buy. Though occasionally something doesn't quite fit right, customer service is always willing to work with me and I've always come away satisfied.

I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. In this day and age customer service as good as historical emporium is few and far between. Thank you and keep up the great work !!!!
