I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. I had an easy purchase. We didn't have anytime to make anything for an event that came up short notice. So I opted to purchase a vintage style men's swimsuit because I just did not have the option to get one put together myself. I sew professionally but sometimes just don't have the time to sew for myself.
