Wonderful experience! In the winter I like to play golf in knickers to keep water from wicking up my pant legs. My experience in buying the Long Riding boots I ordered the Long Riding Boots, and when they arrived, one boot, though marked the right size, was noticeably smaller than the other boot. I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

This is truly a specialty service. I'm glad they are in business. I know it's a hobby (why I need them), but hobbies keep us sane in this crazy world! (the luxuries of a first world country I guess...Thank you Jesus!)

My boots arrived much sooner than they were supposed to. I'm glad that I only paid for standard shipping, as any upgrade would have been a waste of money. The fit was perfect, and I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship. I have ordered twice, and haven't had to return anything, so I can't speak on customer service issues, but I'm sure I will be placing another order soon.
