Historical Emporium is one of my "go-to" sources for mid to late 19th century clothes and etceteras. I say 'one' because other sources provide additional options that are unavailable at HE. I like HE's offerings and quality, so I am by no means diminishing HE. Obviously, I'll be back.

I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. I am a regular customer and i have built myself a small wardrobe from Historical Emporiums catalog There have been a handful of occasions where I've contacted customer service with questions about some products and received no response to my inquiries But those occasions are few and far between I'm overall satisfied with the quality of the products that I've purchased And I will definitely be shopping from their site again in the near future
