Your customer service people handled the return and the replacement promptly , professionally , and courteously . The only other issue I had was with a pull-up strap on a pair of high topped riding boots that fails the first time I tried to put them on . I called your customer service , talked to them , sent a few pictures to them , and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction by the next day !There is no business that doesn't have a problem from time to time , what matters is how the problems are handled . Over the years, I have purchased four blouses and several skirts for my Victorian time period. I have always been very pleased with the quality and service. I have found the skirts to run a little large in the waist, but there are extra buttons to make easy adjustments. Blouses are always my perfect fit. Various jewelry purchases always get compliments. There have been occasions when I chose Historical Emporium garments because they are shipped more rapidly than competitors. My husband has a full Victorian outfit from Historical Emporium that he is proud to wear, plus two different top hats. He carried the grey one in his car to put on whenever visiting our History Center!
