I initially ordered a Frontier Classics black cotton duster in size large because that is my usual size. However, when I put it on, 2 men and a boy could have fit in it with me. I called Historical Emporium and spoke with Noel. He immediately shipped out another one sized Medium within and hour with a return shipping label. The Medium size I received fit perfectly and I returned the size Large using the same box with the return shipping label Historical Emporium provided. You might find it for less money someplace else but you won't find the same customer service anywhere else. I'm a satisfied customer.

Making the order was easy, I had a few questions before ordering and the operator was very helpful. Placed order and received in what I thought was no time. The coat was perfect fit, just what I wanted all at a fair price. I always try to make an impression at work and Historical Emporium always has what I want to look smart. A lot of clients always compliment and love it. I always say an older man can either look like a slob or needs to dress to the dime to look good and the older fashions, such as what you sell, does the trick and never go out of style. I ordered the wrong size hat. Expressed shipped it back and Julia was great help as was Noel who's suggestion worked best. US mail had the package arriving in San Jose, the 3rd. It didn't get there. Noel's suggestion he left on my voice mail to buy another and they would refund the first upon receiving it. Having a drop dead date of when I needed the new hat sent Julia followed through with the order's shipping and getting me the info. Hat got here a few days earlier! Thank you, Historical Emporium,
