I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. The products I've purchased are of good quality. The biggest problem is the lack of inventory in many different items. Sold out seems to be the operative phrase on most items. I would have purchased other items, but most were sold out or of limited sizes and have been for many many months. This makes me search alternative sites for the things I need.
