I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. I have recommended Historical Emporium to many people when they ask where do I get the items in my wardrobe. I thank then for great products and wonderful customer service
