I was very impressed with the customer service considering what we have to deal with now days. I had a very minor issue that was unavoidable when I received what I ordered. When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange. The item was exactly what I wanted, the fit was right, and the quality is second to none. I will recommend this seller to anyone interested in buying this type of clothing and gear.

Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. My boots arrived much sooner than they were supposed to. I'm glad that I only paid for standard shipping, as any upgrade would have been a waste of money. The fit was perfect, and I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship. I have ordered twice, and haven't had to return anything, so I can't speak on customer service issues, but I'm sure I will be placing another order soon.

The selection on the site is immense while most places have ONE vest, this place is a gold mine of style and quality vests, they are simply unequaled in the world. Furthermore, the delivery of the one I needed was so fast, but more impressively in a completely intact one-piece actual vest-sized, flat. It was not folded, wrinkled or otherwise marred. I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with.
