I had a great experience with the Emporium. They have some pants cut in a more modern fit. This was a great benefit for me as I am short and short waisted! Maybe in future you could consider offering more Trousers with a similar cut. I'm sure I am not the only person who would prefer the fit! The order arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Arrived much more quickly than I expected. They washed well. Excellent fabric. Waist is a smidge too big, but that can be remedied. Overall I am well pleased with my experience and with the product!

I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.
