My original shirt came with a tear. I contacted customer service, and the shirt was replaced without any issue.

I purchased a Red Bib shirt which was not the material advertised. This came as a surprise to Customer Service who immediately sent me a return label and RMA.
They were great, the company that made the shirt was not following the agreed upon material choice were not so great.
